6.5 Definitions.

6.5.1 Dissimilar metals. For the purposes of this specification, metals are dissimilar when two

metal specimens in contact with each other promote accelerated galvanic corrosion.

6.5.2 Inspection. Inspection, as used in this specification, is defined as both examination such

as visual or auditory investigation without the used of special laboratory appliances or procedures

of the unit.

6.5.3 Recycled material. For the purpose of this requirement, recycled materials are those

that have been collected from solid waste and reprocessed to become a source of raw materials,

as distinguished from virgin raw materials.

6.5.4 Transport/storage mode. For the purpose of this specification, transport mode is when

the kit is closed and locked and handles are prepared for transporting/storage.
